Managing Obstacles, Overcoming Adversity, & Thriving in Uncertainty
As we are all feeling, the Covid pandemic has been extremely unpredictable for us all.
I did a recent survey with my followers & clients, and found that all of us, including myself, are learning to accept & enjoy the present, more than we've ever done.
Admittedly, I've always been one to dwell too much on the past &/or the future & not appreciate the moment with what's right in front of me. Sound familiar?
We already know that thinking like this doesn't help or change anything but we do it anyway.
Not only do I want to help you guys, but this post will also help myself & I hope we can both take as much from this as possible!
Lets do this my girls!

Firstly, when faced with challenges in your life, I want you to write everything down like we've already spoken about
Face it head on
Don't complain - realistically, no one can do anything about it, only you
Be Realistic about your current situation
Break it down so you can see the situation clearly, in writing, infront of you
Don't try to do out - do people. Go at your own pace
Practice Self-Compassion. We all experience difficult times at some point in our lives. If you want to overcome adversity faster, the best place to start is by being more self-compassionate. By doing so, you will improve your emotional wellbeing and give yourself the confidence to rise up and keep moving forward.
5 Ways to Practice Self-Compassion
Practice Forgiveness. Stop punishing yourself for your mistakes
Employ a Growth Mindset. At the heart of Carol Dweck's research is the impact of our mindset on wellbeing
Express Gratitude
Find the Right Level of Generosity
Be Mindful
"Start by doing what's necessary; then do what's possible; and suddenly you are doing the impossible"
I want to help you thrive and embrace the challenges to create a sustainable, calm and focused mind;

Information is gold
Risk-taking is a useful and an under rated skill
